spectral films officially approved by RAL quality assurance

The hard work was worth it: To receive the final approval from the GKFP (Gütegemeinschaft Kunststoff-fensterprofile.V.), after a 5-year wait, the audit for the so-called “practical proof” was finally officially carried out. The audited property was the Lighthouse Hotel in Büsum on the North Sea. The hotel was built in 2018. The installed window profiles have a “spectral anthracite ultramatt” surface.

After 5 years of natural exposure to sun, wind and weather, the surfaces show the best weather resistance. This is confirmed by the positive test results of artificial weathering. Our spectral film has therefore successfully passed the 5-year practical test, which means that final approval has been granted by the GKFP office and all spectral designs are now officially listed on the GKFP website.
